Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in the USA! Our headquarters are in Southern California and each product is made in our local production facility. Every Peg Buddy is hand assembled, inspected, and packaged in the USA!
Is the peg buddy safe to use on wooden pegs?
Yes! the peg buddy is built with food safe silicone pads installed at the areas where the tool will come into contact with your violin pegs. This prevents marring and scratches to the wood. Care should always be taken when using our tool, but when used properly the pegs are completely safe!
will the peg buddy fit all violin sizes?
We designed the Peg Buddy to fit violin pegs for instruments ranging in size from 1/16 all the way to 4/4, however there may be some unique shapes or sizes of pegs that won't be compatible. If you ever find that your Peg Buddy isn't fitting properly, please reach out and we will be happy to assist!
Does the bow wrench feature work with all bows?
The bow wrench is designed to expand and contract around a wide range of bow button dimensions to ensure a proper fit. We successfully tested our product with dozens of bows, however if you find that the feature does not fit on your instrument, please reach out and we will be more than happy to assist!
